also did the coolant flush, they said was all I needed at 30k…..for $200, (not sure that was worth it)

For recommends 10 years/ 200k miles for first coolant change.

Not sure why they had to do yours or why you had to pay for it?

apologies for the delayed response.

Ford told me to plug it in overnight and see if that makes it go away. It seems to have done the trick. An oddly simple solution!

then I did notice that they did some sort of battery monitor sensor warranty work, while I was getting the light bar warranty work done this week. Not sure if this has anything to do with my issues on the 12V going dead on me.

As stated above you GOT TAKEN on the coolant flush, demand a REFUND
