Folks,

I busted one of the door latch cable plastic ends while taking the read door panel off and on. I now have a replacement double-cable set (the black and blue set) and I can't figure out how to disconnect and reconnect the inside-the-door cable ends with their angled cable terminals. I got as far as successfully taking off the outside door handle.

Plenty of YouTube videos on how to do this on older F150 generations... but (so far) none I can find for our 2021+ f150 generation.

If anyone here has done this and can offer helpful hints, or knows of a video that illustrates the how-to, or even better, can contribute a step-by-step workshop manual procedure sheet, I will greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

I was planning on attempting to install new speakers this week. Now I’m a little nervous.

Here are the instructions. Kind of interesting that there is a screw to release the cable tension.
Oh wow thanks! Glad I see these instructions... it's more involved in the guts of the door cavity than I had expected. Much appreciate these!
