Some dealers will pull the service records for you so it is worth asking to see what it was in for. Even if that particular dealer (who has a vested interest in perhaps protecting their sale position) may not share the records, some other dealer may provide you the records.

I put that kind of mileage on my 22 lariat, and probably was in for service four times in the first year-ish, anyway.
Bad frunk button was two visits. the CSP for the "ting" noise was three, I think. Depending on the dealer, it can be one visit to tell them about the problem (yes, the stuff you told them when you made the appointment), one to get the work done, and a third to really get the work done after the parts come in.
If I was lucky in that first year, I was only asked about an oil change on the first visit for each fix.
