Max Tow (3/4 float axle) ride quality

Does anyone know if the max tow package effects the ride? Suspension, height, etc?

I can’t fully compare it to a truck without Max Tow, however, nearly all of the trucks at the Ford test drive event were fully optioned with the Max Tow Package, and they rode great in my opinion.

I wonder if its gonna help with sag under load....my 17 with max tow seemed to have alot.
