Missing rewards points from truck purchase

Hello,

I was missing the points from when I purchased my truck. I honestly didn’t know I should have gotten the points until I saw it posted on here.

I just had my missing points added to my account and it took about 90 seconds.

Here are the steps I took:

ford pass app > account icon at top right > under other services: rewards > view history > missing points? > enter in vehicle purchase details, bam, points added.

OMG.... Just added the 22K points from our Nov 2024 purchase. They really should have automatically done that, or told us about this. Wish I had known about this before paying for the NACS adapter.
