latest updates:

09-17 Receive the warning message Coolant Temperature High. Posted on F150 Lightning forum, Ford social media team contacted me right away.

09-19 Sent Lariat ER to Chino Hills Ford service department, receiving my ticket number immediately with a Ford Service specialist.

09-20 Ford sent Lightning Technician on-site next day (service manager insist that it never happened before), Tech determined coolant pump needs to be replaced (ordered all the parts while on-site with next day delivery)

09-21 Called the service manager, they are expecting parts to be arrived by 09-22-2022, it will be replaced upon the parts delivery.

Wow , understand I am sort in a unfortunate situation (1 week after deliver), but the whole experience made be think that Ford is really on the path to metamorphosis, Kudos to Jim Farley and his team.

I am getting more F stocks (experienced very similar situation with Tesla previously, look where they are at now)

Hi, when you said that you posted on the F150 Lightning forum. Do you mean this forum, was that Facebook? I’m interested to know as I have just had the warning and the dealer has no clue.

Yes, this forum, Dealer replaced some parts (took roughly weeks),

I got it done at Ford of chino hills, maybe ask your dealer to contact them directly on this issue.
