✅ There it is, 10kw max out of that HIM inverter. Looks like about 14kw max charger/discharge from the truck's battery.

So in short, you do not get more KWH by using the full intelligent backup power home integration array of equipment. Assuming you aren't also using solar, battery storage, and grid tie functions, the only benefit is fully automatic operation... when and if it actually works... for like $10,000 worth of parts and labor.

The Pro Power 9.6kw (close enough to 10kw) is the same available KWH. But requires manually plugging a cable from the truck to a generator inlet box on the house same as would be used for a portable generator. I installed of that myself years ago for about $500 worth of materials and a $1,000 portable dual fuel generator. I use it numerous times per year to power the whole house. I know what the limits are so it works. I cannot use the 10kw emergency heat on the heat pump, and I can't use the water heater at the same time as other large appliances. Very easy to live with during those outages.

HIS not HIM

The PPOB system is split, so you need to do additional load management from the truck to get all 9.6 KW

240v x 30a 7200 watts
120v x 20a 2400 watts

Intelligent Home Backup (He/Him/His)

Interesting, I hadn't connected the dots that the 240v outlet wasn't the full 9.6kw. That 7200kw actually matches my dual-fuel generator's capacity running on LPG. My generator inlet is protected by a 30 breaker too.
