No climate controls on Fordpass app

My FordPass app was going bad with SOC, always show the vehicle is on and location. Now the climate control not working. It said too many attempt and I need to drive it to fix the issue.

Condensor fan runs wide open no matter what temp I set. Fan doesn't slow down until I get in truck and press "start".

All working normally, nice to see a confirmation that Pro's have full climate controls, so it would seem the problems some folks are experiencing are phone/OS version issues

Look like it’s now working again. Guessing it’s a server issue that wasn’t communicating the vehicle update.

So at some point the App added Seats and Defrost temperature option on my Pro. I can select heats seats but they never work from the App only departure setting on a schedule. Is that still normal?

Typically as the season changes I'll go into this screen to switch from heated to cooled seats, once and be done with it the rest of the season, understanding your pro doesn't have cooled seats, but I would expect that if you tap the seat icon it'll toggle from on to off.

The remote start and departure time heated seats have become more reliable in operating as requested, but on rare occasion have failed.
