2022 Lariat ER with Max Tow, was receiving OTA updates pretty consistently up until about 6 months ago.

it’s been to the dealership for service and was “up to date”.

can the 12v battery be an issue out of the blue?
Same place as you. No updates since September. All CSPs have been completed.

The only thing more frustrating than the lack of software updates, is the total lack of communication from Ford.

They keep announcing major updates that never come. I'm on BC 1.1 and have been promised 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4. They've been promising updates for years but I've yet to get them.

My last OTA update was October and it was an "under-the-covers" update.

My background is in Software Engineering so I'm very well aware of delays in big software projects but you MUST communicate! Ford needs to stop pretending that things are fine.

Similar here last update was in October per fordpass app.

In trying to fix the HIS errors I was told there would be OTA coming for that, when I told them I hadn't had any in a long while they checked and claim I should have gotten something since October. So the BEV people scheduled a dealer visit, 3 days in the shop they said the gateway module was stuck in OTA disabled mode and think they got it back to normal. 2 weeks have past and still no OTA as they claim I should have seen.

Maybe this gateway module error is more common than we know and it is a problem with some of the trucks.

My biggest concern is my backup camera, that screen is now all messed up from whatever the dealership did now I’m stuck either waiting for another unforeseeable update or I have to call the dealer and try and get them to fix it. Thanks @Ford Motor Company !

I have a 23 Lariat ER last update (10.1.1) was Oct 23rd last fall based on another thread there is a 10.3 that started dropping in January, I expect I'll get it by summer.
My 2023 LER got 10.1.1 in January & then ECG-24.2.5.7 early February. I'd love for it to get 10.3.0 for the faster DCFC'ing ! My 2022 LER got 10.1.1 on February 6th & 10.3.0 February 26th - no trips planned for it tho.

The dealer updated my apim or ipma module for one of the recalls or customer satisfaction programs (CSP 24B56 I think). If they don't do the procedure properly and recalibrate things the camera looks like that. I had to bring it in again for them to fix it, but they had no issues in doing it.
