No Vehicle Software Updates Received

It was not a demo. It was customer ordered, though I bought someone else's order in their place.

Nothing shows up in FordPass either for vehicle update notices.

Same for me, I purchased someone else's truck and have not received an OTA since July 2023

Have you checked with the dealer to see if your truck was placed in fleet / demo mode while on the used lot? Assuming that is even possible and that it was a Ford dealership.

Mine was new never demoed the original guy backed out of the new build, so I bought it off of the lot
