After doing some donuts in the snow in an empty parking lot, I now have a noise above the headliner over the rear seat. I suspect a wiring harness came loose and now is hitting the headliner. This was not crazy abusive driving, driving down gravel road shakes a vehicle worse. I'm just surprised for a truck that is suppose to do truck stuff.

I had something similar happen. The noise sounded like it was coming from the headliner area, but it ended up being a piece of ice between the rear window and the bed of the truck. Once I removed the ice, the noise was gone. Hopefully something simple like that for you.

Speaking of noise, it's been real cold here in West Texas and the other night we were driving and it sounded like a motorcycle was right next to us. Turned out that the fan was set at maximum and the noise was coming from that fan. Once we lowered the fan speed the noise went away
