Interested in Job 1 people's situation that are not in the Early Access Program and waiting for the normal OTA process to get BlueCruise.

In my case I'm waitlisted for EAP and not interested in letting the dealer try to do the updates (at this point). I'm on 2.3.0 since Jan 22nd and had gotten updates without any issues. I guess I'm waiting for the EAP folks to get BC before they shoot out the OTA updates for the rest of us.

Anyone not in EAP start moving into 2.4.x territory using the normal OTA process? Thanks. Looking for someone to report it and give us hope.

I'm also on the EAP waitlist. I'm still on 2.1.1, so I think the truth is the opposite!

There are multiple "waves" of Early Access going through updates. I do not know how many waves there will be ... I was in the earliest wave for the Mach-E (my car activated BC on March 11).

There seems to have been an issue with 2.4.2. My car had no problem ... but it seems as if some cars got stuck at that version and updates were halted after 2.4.1.

A few weeks *after* my car had BC (all the way to 2.5.3) it got a new update ... which turned out to be a re-install of 2.4.2. I'm guessing they made some corrections and re-pushed it (even though my car installed it without issue).

There is a lot of variability in all the software modules in the vehicle depending on configured options. There may have been some magic combination of options which caused some cars to have a problem with 2.4.2.

This *seems* to be fixed now and updates are moving again.

If this is the last of the sticky issues ... then I'd expect updates will start coming in much faster.

BTW, I NEVER got an update notification while the car was parked. The car seems to check for available updates only while driving. If it can apply them while driving then it did. If the update required the car NOT be driving then it would let me schedule them. I'd be out doing errands and at some point an update notice would appear.

Just to confirm. If we have the 2.0 Bluecruise prep package. We do still have to pay the $600 for the 3 years of service correct? Or is it included in the option from adding that option to the truck?

i’m waitlisted on EAP and I’m running 2.3 - waiting for the OTA Bluecruise update. I tried to get the dealer to upgrade my truck but they needed an adapter (on order). It’s pretty sad how Ford is handling or should I say not handling the Bluecruise update

Job 1 truck, not EAP, had 2.3.0 since March ,16th. OTA's trickle in . I have had my platinum since July , 6th and I have made two 1800 miles trips down south since then. It would have been nice to have had Blue Cruise.

Job 1 May 02, 2021 build.

Not in EAP.

On FPU 2.3.0 since Feb 02, 2022.

I originally expected BC to be available no later than Jun 30 2021 but now I doubt it'll happen before Jan 01, 2023
