Well the BMS sensor is a part replacement. Takes 5 mins. And yes it will help with updates because it gives a more accurate state of charge reading to the BCM...which means the SOC will not be reading "low", which in turn tends to keep the logic from applying updates (like when it gets below 80% or so).

Were you a motor warrant?
Motor Warrant? Don't know what that is . .

I have my dealership ordering a replacement tailgate panel, which was broken when they did the rear light bar replacement. I mentioned I had the Front Parking Aid Sensor CSP 24B56, and would like to have it done with the tailgate panel replacement. The Service Advisor warned, "Like Mama said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it." I am sitting this CSP out unless there is a failure.
Just got the truck back today and so far it appears everything is repaired! Now, back to enjoying the truck!!
