This is random, but has anyone else seen these sad sack units hanging out next to the dumpster at Westgate Shopping Center in Asheville?

Looks like they've been "unboxed" and are vulnerable to messin-with. Hope they get busy installing them soon. Man, pull-throughs are where it's at!
