I leased a 2024 Lightning on 12/14 and selected
to have the Ford Power Promise to get the free FCSP installed at my house. The dealer did not have a FCSP and said Ford would ship it to me. According to the dealer, they have submitted everything to Ford (late December or early January). I have been contacted by Qmerit (1/13). The local electrician had been to my house and we have an approved quote. However, I still do not have the charger. I contacted Ford and the my said only the dealer can give me an update on the FCSP. I contacted the dealer and they say everything was submitted on their end and I should be getting an email from Ford. They also state that they cannot check the status and that no one has gotten a charger with this program.
Something seems wrong. Is this common? Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the ball rolling? Who do I contact and what do I need to say?
