I wish I was as lucky. I love the truck and miss driving it. Unfortunately, my problem is different, and Ford has acknowledged that they cannot readily fix it or even give an ETA. It's been around 44 days.

Ford said they will repurchase due to the global manufacturing delays for new replacement parts. It helps that I also fall within the NC lemon law guideline, which they recognized. I found Ford's baseline for repurchase is typically 18 months. NC moves that to 24 months. 20 business days out of service in a year. Others vary by State. I am waiting on the settlement worksheet.

All through BBB Auto Line thus far. It's the first step in their warranty claims. Haven't informed the dealer yet.

What was your parts and repairs issue mainly? I called the Ford BEV line & did the repurchase that way - they soon sent an offer (12 days after BBB filing) and after my suggestions/corrections we settled/they incentives' me into a new Lightning.

Finished the buyback this afternoon. I didn't look at a replacement due to the chaos at the dealerships right now. Process took a little over 3 weeks. Got basically what I paid plus a few extras such as gas receipts for the rental. A use charge determined by a formula per state lemon law guidelines was assessed.

Well done - I lucked into a $50k + tax new '23 Pro ER oxford white w/tonneau-window tint-rear hitch step + 0% 5-year FMC financing - took $84k (FMC waived usage fee) + repurchase money + $800k into NVDA stock 15 weeks ago.
