MME GB FEā€”Dead. F150L Lariat SR. MME Rally.
I am on the fence between the 2 as well (leaning XLT), but for very different reasons. I actually prefer the 12" with physical HVAC controls.

The things I most want in the Lariat are

- cooled seats
- tailgate light bar
- Wireless phone charging
- more premium steering wheel
- Nicer sound system (this one barely makes the list)
Wireless phone charging on MME is nothing to write home about. It's slow, makes your phone hot, and my phone doesn't fit in when in its case. For short trips, I just leave it in my pocket and for longer trips I intend to use a cable to keep it charged,

Don't base your decision on the size of the screen. On Mustang Mach-E, the bottom 1.5" is taken up by the glued on volume dial (I think it's ugly and pointless), A/C controls, etc. I think with 12", these will be physical controls. So you are really comparing 12" to 13" screens. From the pictures I've seen the big screen is better integrated into the dash than on MME. As best as I can tell, the big difference between the 2 screens is that one is oriented vertically, while the other horizontally. I expect that I will be OK with either one.
Having used the 15.5" screen running Sync 4A on my Mustang Mach E I can tell you it makes accessing information and controls very easy. The layout is very well designed and many of us, me included, like the big volume knob. Ford has indicated it will be used for far more than volume in an upcoming update.

Having the big screen's features and Sync 4A (rather then the 12" with the older Sync 4) is a big reason I'll be going with the Lariat or Lariat +.

There is very little difference between SYNC 4 and SYNC 4A
Apart from dash cards, which are nice but not essential, the only distinguishing characteristic are THE knob and A/C controls. Sync 4 doesn't need them since it has physical controls for these functions. As I said, for me, either will be fine.

Personally, I'm trying to decide between pro and XLT. It's a huge jump to get to the ER battery ($20k could buy a used bolt or leaf or probably a model 3 soon), but the pro doesn't have the securicode keypad available or the interior work surface. The vinyl flooring in the pro is nice because I have a small farm but you don't get power seats. However the power seats in the XLT don't have memory although my wife will probably never drive it so I could most likely live without the power seats all together.
