Prepping for checkups and repairs

Hello. I live in MA but purchased my Lightning in NH. I'd rather not have to bring it back to NH for repair when the time comes. Is there anything I need to do, or can do in advance to register my truck with a local repair shop? Or I just wait until it needs service and call the one I'd like to take it to locally? Thanks!

You can take it to any Ford dealer that will work on it, no need to register/declare one ahead of time. I routinely have mine serviced by a dealer 10 miles away than the the dealer I purchased from.

But try to research the best EV Ford dealer in your area for service. You can call or send emails to their service departments and see which one seems to the most responsive or knowledgeable.
