Nearing 1 month of repairs with Hoffman Ford of CT (Bad Battery Module/"Powertrain Malfunction")

Appreciate this post as a fellow nutmegger. Where do you plan to have your vehicle serviced now? Still looking for a reputable dealer in our area myself.

I'm considering giving Monaco in Glastonbury a shot. My wife test drove a Mustang Mach-E there last year and they treated us very well, and seemed fairly knowledgable. I also had been in contact with them during this module replacement fiasco and was close to transferring the truck to them to finish the job before it finally resolved at the original dealership.

My only hesitation is that it seems that most of the major repairs they transfer to their other location in Niantic. However, if they are communicative and get the work done, then so be it.

(I'm also hoping not to see any more "major repairs.")
