Pro trailer keeps turning on. All situations

After using pro trailer the system will not stop perpetually turning on. Standing still, stays on. Hit the button to turn it off, ligjt goes out then turns right back on. Driving down the road, turns on and off on and off making the screen unusable.

This is a new one. Have had any OTA’s or dealer installed updates that didn’t go well?

I'd need to check. I just sent it in to the dealer to get the other csp and recalls done anyway so we'll see what they make of it.

I noticed the drive mode was tow/haul, did you try normal or sport?
Also look at the trailer profiles, delete all stored profiles if you have any.

This happens on all drive modes. When the option showed up to return to tow mode, I hit no and it still continued.

Looks like after 1 day at the dealer and all software updates made it's currently still doing it. I can only guess the mechanical button on the dash is permanently in the "on" or pressed position forcing it to stay on?

Looks like the dealer is ordering a trailer module but that's on backorder with no eta. Truck looks to drive fine but watching that thing pop up just makes the screen utterly unusable (realistically I can use it for 3 to 4 seconds at a time while the pro trailer resets)

It might be worth checking the trailer plug-in receptacle and make sure there isn’t some foreign object in there wreaking havoc.
