This isn't an EV-only issue. This also isn't rocket science. Either clean off sensors, or turn off sensors. It is winter. This has been going on since sensors on vehicles were introduced long ago.

If you cannot pull off to clean off sensors, then see if your passenger can climb put, while you are driving, and hang over the front bumper and wipe them off, like a stuntman....

True, my wifes E300 has more false sensor alerts than my Lightning.

In aviation we use warm ethylene/propylene glycol for a deicer (similar to consumer Prestone if you check the SDS), but it won't do you much good as it will just immediately accumulate on the sensors on your next drive (why pitot tubes and control surfaces still have dedicated heat switches).

Only really "fix" is a suitable hydrophobic coating to prevent any significant accumulation in the first place. Although I would advise spraying Sno-Jet across your front bumper. Supposedly graphene has some frost inhibiting properties.
