Recommended Dealer for Service in Twin Cities

I got both the high voltage battery warning and power train malfunction alerts yesterday after having a charging fault Friday night so it needs to go into the dealer for service. My closest dealer is North Country Ford in Coon Rapids but I’ve been told several times about how slow they are.

Anyone have a dealer in the Twin Cities area they they recommend?

Not going to help you much up on the North end of town, but love the service at Wolf Motors down here in Jordan (far South West in Scott County). They are prompt, professional, and always get the work done as scheduled.

I have had good experiences with AutoNation in White Bear. They recently changed to Apple Auto and I haven't been there after the switch yet but I am hoping its just as good or better.

I got the High Voltage Battery warning to pull over immediately on my way home tonight. North Country is my normal dealer, but I was on 169 and pulled in to Superior Ford. I was concerned if I would make it home. The power gauge was showing zero, and my GOM dropped to 50 miles. They were pretty responsive to me, Joe my advisor drives a MME and they have two techs. They set me up in a rental and I was on the road in 20 minutes. No idea when I will have my 22 Lariat ER back. I had the CSPs done in mid October running 6.14 since September 4. @Ford Motor Company Can you assist?

Update on my Lightning at I took to Superior Ford. My truck is ready to pickup. The comments were there was a communications error between the front and rear motors. Then there were several updates for it. Test drove and all is good. Wife if pick up after work. Only there two days.
