Went on a short trip this weekend going 260km. Started at 98% and had to add about 30kw and then still limp it home.
This morning I had a 90% charge according to the truck. Scanner said 82% with 75kw.
I was blaming the temperature (around freezing all week) when it seemed off in my daily driving last week. Clearly not the issue.
2023 with an SR. Thanks for any help.

You're not understanding the data. There are two SOC fields. One is SOC displayed, which shows the SOC displayed which is based on the USABLE BATTERY., the other is SOC actual of the ENTIRE battery. Ford reserves part of the battery.

Previously the it would charge to 92 kw (actual battery is 96). I am not going to get anywhere near 92 now. SOH is shown at 98.5%

38,000km on the truck. Almost all charging has been done at home.

Totally different issue. I explained the difference between the fields. Battery is actually 98kWh, not 96. Full size is 107.6. So your 82% of 107.6 = 88.2kWh. 90% of 98 = 88.2. Same number.

Now, as to how much ENERGY the battery will show you, that is very dependent on TEMPERATURE of the battery. If the battery is near 77 degrees, it should show you those numbers x .985 (SOH). If it's colder, it will show less. Showing 75kWh is quite a bit off though. Can you post your Car Scanner screen showing all this?
