So - I purchased my LIghtning in July 2023. I test drove, traded in an ICE 2015, Purchased, Had my first year service and just had a recall service (software update). I have never set foot in the dealership. I also called to see if they had a 'loaner' high capacity adapter for the Tesla Network as mine is still "pending " shipment and the Sales Manager gave me his personal one to use while I wait.
This dealership has set the new level of service. The fact that they will send technicians out to my house to pick up my truck and return it - or do software updates........ customer for life (or at least next purchase!)

I think that pickup/dropoff is actually "a thing". Morries out in Buffalo, MN will do that as well. I'm not sure if their sibling store in Minnetonka does it.

On Morrie's Buffalo site they refer to it as Ford Mobile Service.
