Speed Limiter Question

Is there any programming available at all to eliminate or at least increase the current 107 MPH speed limiter? I'm not interested in all the reasons why it is in place or that 107 MPH is fast enough. I just want to know if there is any legit programming out there to change it. Thanks!

I think someone adjusted the tire size down a bit in FORSCAN and gained 2mph. This was on the dragstrip. That is the only thing I have seen.
