Strange buzzing sound / “accessories” battery drain

My lightning within the last week or so suddenly has a buzz sound, similar to a neon light, that I can hear

it happens regardless of whether it’s being charged, sitting idle, or driving. Often, but not always.

I also see a significant portion of my battery per drive is being allocated to “accessories.” I turn off pro power when not being used to maximize range. I don’t have anything else being used.

Anyone else running into this?

the attached video was a bit after driving sitting in my driveway. It was a warm sunny day.

I checked through that, but it's not the fan sound I've heard before- it's a definitive buzz.

The base buzz is actually a sound I'm very familiar with. It's the coolant pumps. However the weird actuator type noise, is very odd...

Maybe the diverter valve [3] is stuck trying to cycling between PTC to battery or loop back to cabin/PTC.

I don't know for certain, but it may impact range.

I think I've only read of one or two other members having an issue with the diverter valve.
