Sun Roof Seal Is Ripping

My 2022 with 9k miles has 4 small damaged sections on the upper exposed seal around the sliding roof window. You can see the insides of the hollow gasket. Also, a rear corner has an imperfection to the seal's fitment, like it was not glued correctly from the factory.

1) Do other owners have this issue?

2) Warranty claim or DYI?

3) Severity of issue if it rains?(I'm in California, and the dry season ends tonight)

I just noticed that my weatherstripping is also damaged. I opened the roof a couple of days ago and I saw a large section of it pull up with a loud ripping noise.

SoCal - bought my truck and took it to Autonation for the nearly exact problem- also had the ford social media guy on this forum engage the dealership

not covered - in fact I just got a lot of lip service and they never did get back to me

My understanding it costs thousands to replace this gasket - and they didnt

the ford social media person has no influence over the dealership

I’m pretty disappointed- small act for huge return on loyalty - and it wasn’t done
