It wouldn't make any since as the dual chargers aren't there to take advantage so it's probably just a website mistake, but it's there.
That's a much more full-featured site than the Build and Buy site that was previously linked. It even shows the Pro.

But I think the FCSP is a holdover from the 2023 text. They did that going from 2022 to 2023 on some items as well.

I purchased a Lightning last night, and had the email from Ford before I left the dealership. I went to Ford's website, added the 1300 charger to my cart, supplied the discount code, and checked out for $0, including shipping. I then got an email that the charger was backordered :)
Well things get more interesting. I just called Ford Parts, who are the people who run the charger store, and they told me that there is a 'glitch' that is marking orders as backordered instead of marking them as shipped, and that the phone reps don't have access to tracking information. They assured me that the chargers were actively being shipped, but since they had no access to tracking information, they couldn't give me any idea of when to expect it.

Could also be a pile of BS. I'm frustrated because I want to move forward with my electrician on the installation.

This is similar to my story, too. I ended up being told by sales guy on 4/12, a week after purchase, that they either 1- had already ordered it, or 2- were going to. It wasn't overly clear

I checked in with him last week to see about timing, he had no idea. I checked in with the customer engagement manager; she told me it generally takes a month or so (forums here are widely varied there)

So yesterday, I called the ford customer service line. He told me ford policy is to give purchasers a code that they use, and when I walked him through the process I'd been through, heput me onhold and called my dealership. Left various messages and opened a case # for me.

I keep watching for a delivery truck and hoping, but nothing yet.

I don’t know if anyone is still watching this, but I’ve called / emailed / opened a case about it

was just told on the phone by a phone rep that if the dealership didn’t use the code and ordered it for me to the dealers that I’d likely be charged for it… which can’t be true

still haven’t gotten a code

there is no confirmation number or tracking

finally spoke w a rep who said he spoke with the dealership GM who was supposedly familiar with this and assured him that it had been ordered

But that was a few weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from them since. The parts specialist at the main ford number that opened my case today told me at most the shipping shouldn’t take more than 10 business days, and I’m almost at 2 months past my purchase Date.

still love the truck, but this process isn’t ideal.

If @Ford Motor Company is reading this- any ideas?
