only a 45 min drive to Richmond from my dealer.did you try united road tracking? if it showed up in richmond, it should have some notes on it.According to UP tracking, my truck went from Blue Island, IL - Departed to that number is no longer in our system. No stops in between. Supposedly my truck shipped on June 6th and I think made it to Richmond around June 24th. Someone denied my FordPass request at that time so I’m hoping it was being offloaded from the train. I’m hoping it has just been sitting there waiting for a convoy driver.
My original delivery window was 7/9 - 7/15 but it’s now 7/17 - 7/23.
My dealer has no information and Ford chat has nothing either. They only have the same rail car number and the delivery window.
Yep! It’s on United Road and says inactive so I called them. They guy was nice but said just because it’s on their site, doesn’t mean they will deliver it. He said there is a one in four chance that it might be them or another company. He said all of the VINs from Ford will show up on their site automatically.
Only other conclusion - lets hope its this one.I would assume it was unpacked @ Richmond and is now heading away. But, it seems like that would have been too fast. But, who knows
Mine is saying July 23, too.
. I've asked them for a vehicle visibility report, and they said they don't know what that is.

My original delivery date of 7/9 - 7/15 has been pushed back to 7/22 - 7/28, this is the third push back. I spoke with Ford chat today and they said it is still in Blue Island, IL and set for delivery by 7/28 but they have also said a bunch of other dates in the past. They said there is no hold, no recall and really had no other information. They gave me the same railcar number from a month ago and when I called Union Pacific today, the machine now says the status is empty.
They also said that I should speak to my dealer because they will know more. My dealer knows nothing. They just look at the order tracker site and throw up their hands
IF my truck makes it on the train and IF it gets to California by 7/28. It would take a miracle for it to make it here before 8/1 when my interest rates go up. It will likely get stuck in Richmond for weeks.
I wonder how the battery is doing after being charged to 100% on 6/6 and then just sitting somewhere else for over a month. Luckily a few other members mentioned that the phantom draw is really low. I just hope it can take months and months without a charge.

Probably same train as mine (my car# TTGX987108 ).
can't be the case that it was unloaded in richmond. would have had to go nonstop through socal. but not sure any other explanation makes sense either though.
