Any tricks to get a trip to show in the app?
I did a 2 leg longish round trip yesterday and it hasn't show in the app at all.
I'm on the lastest iOS version.
I am connected to the truck.
I have killed the app and restarted.
I have swiped down to reload.

It could be thinking the trip is still going. I have had it not reset after driving. Does "This Trip" show zero? Make sure you turn the truck on and off with foot on the brake. You might try a few cycles.

I just drove 2 more times. Those times show up, but my 150+ miles on Sat apparently never happened.

Happens to me as well. Seems relatively random in when it occurs and seems to happen when I most want to see the trip. 🤷‍♂️

It seems to be a random occurrence as to when "THIS TRIP" record posts to FordPass.

I've tried a variety of techniques to get consistent reporting.

As noted by @bmwhitetx , having your foot on the brake pedal before pushing the start button to turn the truck off is the most productive method.

I have had exceptions, possibly when the truck has been remote started and is continuing to run when you jump in and only have to press the START button to put the truck in drive mode seems to interfere with reliability.

I have experimented with remote start & departure times building in a 15+ minute buffer so that the truck warms (cools in summer) then shut down at end of event allowing 15 minutes for the truck to go to sleep.

Then when I go out to the truck and use the foot brake and start button, the clock and timers are reset, usually resulting in a full report on that first leg of a trip.

I didn't try the brake pedal on shut down, but will today.
Ah the joys of being an early adopter.

I do the brake pedal on shutdown and startup every time and it works 50% of the time. Ford seriously needs some new software people.

Exactly my experience this morning though the hit rate is only 25% through put.

This morning, departure start up, with 15 minute buffer to test that it's working and if the heated steering wheel is resolved, (NOT) as I pulled the plug on the truck at [07:00] 15 minutes after the "Your truck is preconditioned" notification arrived a 0645 request time.

Truck battery well conditioned and cabin warm, wheel cold but the indicator light was on. 29 degrees this morning so battery conditioning started at 0615 with energy to warm battery and cabin at 2.85 kWh

Started the truck, and trip log cleared, I also cleared Log-1 to record the days totals
Drove to the grocery store, 1.1 miles shut down the truck with foot on brake, this trip log generated a report.

Finished our shopping opened the Frunk loaded up the goods and returned to the house following the same procedures, when we arrived, foot on the brake and shut down the truck, but this time no trip report. Unloaded and stowed the goods.

Started the truck, headed for breakfast, only a 1.7 mile drive, shut down, no report, had and finished breakfast about an hour later departed.

Started the truck, headed home, the path home is slightly different at about 2 miles, still no log report.

So only 1 report for 4 trip events.

Next test is going to be NO FOOT on brake during shutdown during afternoon errands.

I just tried the brake on shutdown, and got nothing. I guess I'm over it for now, but sometimes it is nice to build your confidence level by actually seeing the longer trip stats.

I haven't been paying attention to whether my foot is on the brake or not. I do start power cycling when I start up and see My Trip hasn't reset. Annoying, but only takes a few seconds at least. My charging logs seems to be fairly reliable, I'd say I get about 75% of my trips.

And by "reliable" I mean that I can see them of course. Not that they are always useful, that would be a lower percentage. :)
