Amazon's annual Black Friday discount is live. You can get Federal + State for $45.99 and Federal only (for states without state-income tax like mine) for $37.99. $1 more than last year.

And as @RickLightning mentions above, if you can wait until late December, for one-day only they will likely do this same deal again but throw in a $10 Amazon gift card, making the net price $35.99 and $27.99 respectively.

I guess we're not getting the Amazon deal this year? I've checked every day starting 12/26, price for Federal + State has been $56 (and without the bundled gift card).

Costco and Sam's have it for $56, plus you get a $10 credit you can use for eFiling state tax.

No credit with the Amazon version.

Not exactly. That's the cost for deluxe with state. The 10$ is a coupon to purchase additional software features... But I could be wrong. My state has free e-file.

Yes, received the upcoming sneak preview sales email for January. It states Jan 18th is when the sale for the software will begin.

Edit.... I forgot to add this was for Sam's club.

Seems like Costco run a sale on it in January most years.
