Unable to Add Charging Location

[USA EV]

Wanted to add a new charging location so that I could set the charging limit for my local DCFC. Went into Charge Settings-> charging Locations and pressed the Add a New Location button and got this error:

I have previously charged at this location (and other DCFC and Level 2 locations). I have one charging location set for my home.

Has anyone else seen this? Thanks!

So, has to be Level 1 or 2, OK, and I guess you have to be at the location because during this exercise previous Level 2 charge locations did not show up.
