Unable to enroll plug charge on fordpass

it has been several months and I am still having issues on enrolling plug charge on fordpass

the error message is basically the following

trying to enable on the wbesite of blueoval charging network, also error out

anyone has experienced similar issues?

tried to call ford BEV support and they said server issues, but i dont believe it will be the same issue for several months, and it makes very inconvenient as well

any esclation channel?

I have never gotten mine to work (Android 14). It just goes back to the main screen when I try to enable. Radio silence from the app Dev's. I have tried on two different model phones.

Ford Pass customer service needs you to call in and open a ticket for escalation.

I just tested mine, it's been off for months, I generally use EA App and pre-funded credit account.

I was able to activate P&C.

Earlier today I was having issues with Fordpass communications, truck was not responding to commands, the PAAK set up screen appeared out of the blue.

I'm guessing the Ford servers are on the fritz again, eventually later in the afternoon, deleted my prior PAAK settings, phone pairing, backup passwords and door codes.

It's a PIA to redo these configurations!!

I would suggest waiting a day to see if the server issues subside, ie don't change anything on your Ford Pass. Hopefully you previously enrolled good (current) credit card on your account, if not or there is an expired card, this might be part of the problem.

I'm still waiting on a resolution for my plug and charge enrollment issue after opening a ticket on December 14th.

I understand the initial desire to activate 'Plug N Charge' as an option, which only currently works with Electrify America stations, but using the Ford Pass App "View Chargers" button, seems an easier way to start the Activation process when arriving at the unit - simply click on the unit # you are parking at, and by the time you exit the truck to 'plug in', it is already activated. This also works for ALL BlueOval integrated Charge networks, including CHARGEPOINT, EVgo, BLINK, ShellRecharge, ShellSky, etc...

I also just found, using the 'View Chargers' button, that Buc-ees' on I75 in WarnerRobins/FtValley GEORGIA has brand new MERCEDES Branded CHARGEPOINT DCFC units... nice. The app shows these as 400kw(150kw 'shared' per unit?), powering TWO vehicles at the same time(?) - Three units installed.
Of course, they also have a row of 10 Tesla Superchargers that are fairly new, as well.

It's about time.

I had disabled plug and charge after the included EA charging ran out. Recently I had to re-enable it to get the charge assist app to work. There was no issue doing so on my android phone.

They must have finally reset my account, as I was able to re-enroll in BOCN and turn on plug and charge.
