What do you call / name your Lightning?

Oatmeal. When I got my white Model Y years ago, it was the first car I had that you could name. The first thing that came to mind was Oatmeal. (My blue Model 3 is Blueberry and my 1991 British Racing Green Miata was The Pickle.) So when I sold my white Model Y and bought my white Lightning, it became Oatmeal as well.

Edit: I call it that...my wife calls it "the truck" or "the Lightning". She's never been into the names like I have. I'm the nerdier of the two of us (though she has her moments!).

I have noticed that some of you refer to your Lightning by a given name. For years my wife and I have named our vehicles. The first Lightning we got is a XLT SR that we call Blitzen as in one of Santa's reindeer (Blitzen is the german word for lightning). When we added a second Lightning to our fleet, a Lariat XR, we christened it Edison.

What do you call your Lightning?

Don, I have a lot of Greek culture in me. My Lariat ER Antimatter Blue Lightning is called and referred to as “ZEUS”. The God of Lightning.
My MME is called the “ION PONY”.
My Mustang GT Convertible is called the “WILD PONY”.
There is never any confusion as to which vehicle we going to drive.
It works all the time.

"The Weapon". Had a woman on Storrow drive in Boston last year yell at me for "Using my truck as a weapon" when she wouldn't let me merge into traffic from the on ramp. My kids insisted I keep it as the name.

Originally called it McQueen. But my family and I like to watch the show “The Middle”. In one episode Mike says he went looking at trucks with trunks but couldn’t find any trunk trucks. So now it is the Trunk Truck.
