Most 2023's, especially the ones on lots are only missing the scales. Not a big loss, I enjoyed my $650 credit instead of the scales. If it were me I'd take a new 2023 with the tax credit over a used 2022, personally. It depends on what trim he wants. The Lariats and Platinums had more deletes than the other trims.

I would go with the 24 to put as much distance (time) between me and the bad battery module issues that seemed to be clustered at the tail end of 22 start of 23 (when there was a stop sale).
