I think he is flirting with a lawsuit. It seems to border on Fraud. I dont think he is entitled to modify the MSRP the way he did either. MSRP is Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price and yet Bud states the MSRP 15,000 higher than it is. It's not BSRP. I've seen other online dealer's do the same and it's troubling.
