Won't charge ADM....tacks on $5000 doc fee.

Interesting. Didn’t know that.Curious. Ford reimburses dealers for X-Plan discount. The only downside to the dealer is that doc fees are limited to $100.
Can’t you just generate a new one? I may have just done this but it lasts for a year at least.Yeah, not sure why a dealership would not do X-Plan. it’s no cost to them vs. selling at MSRP. But as mentioned above, their title/ doc fees are limited. Ford’s pricing plans define a rigid pricing structure so if they won’t do it, that’s probably because they’re hitting their customers with excessive fees on MSRP purchases.
Ford is not accepting X-Plan pricing for the Bronco. Maybe the dealership is assuming Ford will also have the same restriction for the Lightning.
For those of you looking to get X-Plan, don’t generate your PIN until you need it. They expire.
yup, you just generate a new one. I just check, Ford does have x-plan pricing on the Bronco and Maverick. It isn't much but it would save a little money. Can’t you just generate a new one? I may have just done this but it lasts for a year at least.
Unless something has changed with X-Plan, the PINs were only good for 60 days. Yes, you generate a new one if it doesn’t get used. However, it’s not (or was not) always so simple. Many PINs that come from promotional groups, like Joining the Mustang Forum, were a one and done PIN. You could have another after renewing your membership the following year. Anyway, I haven’t had to go regenerate one in a long time so maybe it’s all changed.yup, you just generate a new one. I just check, Ford does have x-plan pricing on the Bronco and Maverick. Check out the rules. The pin is good for a year. I think most companies partnership allows 2 pins at a time.Unless something has changed with X-Plan, the PINs were only good for 60 days. The best way is to generate it just before you go in to pickup your ride.Unless something has changed with X-Plan, the PINs were only good for 60 days. That’s what I’ve always done. But it seems the rules have changed…. Still not sure I would generate one now and sit on it to wait for a truck that’s arriving sometime in the next year-ish.The best way is to generate it just before you go in to pickup your ride.
