Nm found it on parts.ford.comAnyone have the fixed part of the air dam's part number handy?
ML3Z-8419-BAPTMWhat’s the part # for the silver piece?
I'm not convinced you could reach the oil filter with the fiber plate in place either. I was eyeballing that when I first got it.Can you still reach the oil filter with the RCI plate?
Can you show some pictures of your finished install with Tremor plates? Did you need/use all parts bought? How did it go installing on the PB?Went to Ford today to get this quoted. Steeeeeeep
this quote doesn’t even include me needing to repaint the piece above the tow hooks to match the silver skid plate.
Removed the 6 bolts that hold the part that drops since there have been several people with this issue. RTR (tremor-ish) skid plate on order. I`ve had the drop down part removed now for a couple of months and have not seen much of a difference in the mileage. The Borla Exhaust on order really isn`t going to help the mileage either...I think we need to make Ford swap out the skid plate, since their active air dam doesn't work as advertised and their Dealers can't seem to fix it. Took my new truck in with 337 miles with the air dam stuck down, dealer had to order parts. Three week later the dealer installed all new parts . and during test drive the air dam stuck in the down position again. I've been waiting 3 months now for the Dealer and Ford to figure out how to fix the air dam. I don't know about everybody else who purchased a 2021 F150 but, if I was concerned about aerodynamics I would not have bought a truck.
