I had a white 2016 that I leveled and installed spacers on but used the stock tire size with a KO2 275/60/18. The tire looked small after the level. This time I went with a bigger tire. After all of the research I went with a KO2 285/65/20. I plan to level but I'm still trying to figure out if a leveling kit will interfere with my lane keeping, bluecruise, and self leveling headlights. Any heads up with that would be appreciated. I plan to go 2" so I still have a little rake for towing. And I may leave it like this too. Not sure yet.
I have the same tires and did the ReadyLift 2" kit for the 2021. Everything works as it did before. No changes to headlights needed, lane-keep and BlueCruise work as they did before.

Jeff, the truck looks great!

Does the leveling kit include a longer arm or something for the auto leveling headlights arm? Or is a 2" level a negligible height to where it's not needed.

I see where you said no changes to the headlights leveling. I just ordered a 2" ReadyLift. Thanks man.

Not the greatest pictures due to the shadows, but all I got at the moment. Lariat 20" Sport wheels with 285/65/20 BFG KO2s. Rough Country 2" leveling kit installed.

I have the exact same truck was thinking about doing the same set up. Did you find much MPG change with it being a powerboost and the KO2 being alot heavier than the stocks?

Hi all, I need some advice. I have a 2021 F150 Powerboost 4wd with all the technology bells and whistles. I have a shop ordering the Ready lift 2.0in leveling kit because the salesman was told those were the only spacers that would work for the Powerboost. Reading through the forum i'm not sure thats true. Secondly, I am trying to decide whether to put Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35x11.5x20 or 34x11.5x20. He recommended I go 11.5 over 12.5 to help maintain stock ride quality. Any help on the best level kit and tire size for my model would be helpful!!

My plan is 2" rough country puck (rake is currently 2.5") and will be putting on 285/65/20 Firestone Destination XT's on stock wheels.. Most likely will be done in the next couple of weeks... Currently running last years STX polished/black 20's with 275/55/20 Hankooks...
did you ever get the XTs put on. Im looking at the same tire and size combo. Curious to see some pics.

No I did not, ended up with Pro Comp AT sports. Could not find a Firestone dealer that would put on the level kit, so I went to 4wp and they put on my level and purchased the tires from them.

What are you averaging MPG with that setup and the PB?
Depends on where I drive, honestly. I live in the foothills of the Ozarks, so I do a lot of up and down driving; and a lot of short distances. Over the first 10,000 miles, I think got 16.9 mpg. That included break in and getting used to the nuances of Powerboost driving. I typically, around town, average 17.5-18.5 mpg per tank. I was in South Georgia over the holiday (where it is mostly flat) and was easily getting 23-26 mpg on most days. On the way to Georgia, I did 20.1 mpg on the highway (75-85mph) and 19.8 mpg on the way back. Powerboost doesn't kick in on the highway, especially when you use cruise, which I do a lot on long trips. I have done some long/steep downhills on the interstate, which would be the perfect time for electric to kick in, but it doesn't.

In the back of my mind, I have always wondered if I got a dud, as my average mpg's are not outstanding, but after being in Georgia, I realized that where I live/where I drive makes an enormous difference.

why didn't the other ones work? Just curious, they both look the same on the pictures.
So for anyone wondering these did not work for my truck. However I did get a different shackle Mount from Amazon that did the trick.

Very nice, Jpmpr33. Just wanted to try again to see if we could find out why the Rough Country brackets didn’t work.

Alright, so I've been driving myself a little crazy trying to figure out if I can fit a 285/75R18 on my 157" SCREW 4x4, XLT with the optional HDPP 18" wheels. I like them and for only $87 invoice, a deal! Now I haven't received the truck yet, even though it was shown as "built" back on Nov 22nd. Another story there. However, when I do get it I'm going to install a 2-2.5" level. Either with coilovers or ride height adjustable shocks. I've searched high and low and can't find any thing solid in regards to my particular setup (most have 20" wheels). Can any of y'all answer this? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately that set up wont fit without rubbing even on a leveled truck. Max size you can get away with is 295/70/18 or 305/65/18 on the stock 18 inch wheels.

Thanks for the response! I was kinda hoping to avoid going to a wider tire because I like the tucked look. Plus a narrower tire does better in snow. But the options for a 285/70/18 a very limited and expensive. Where does a 295/70/18 put the tire in relation to the edge of the fenders?

why wouldnt that work? It ends up being a 34.8 x 11.2. Ive seen some guys run a 285/65r20 which is roughly 34.6x11.2 with stock wheel and no level. They claim to have no rubbing.

Tbh it’s not too bad, it’s mostly flush with the fender. Here’s some pictures
