Anyone lock in deal with deposit on new F150 and still get to drive the trade in until their new truck arrives?

I'm also still driving my trade in, dealer never mentioned anything about it. Gave me a very fair deal for it as well.

Lease runs out in April on my current truck. '18 XLT. Dealer is thinking mine will probably be here about the time the lease is up, ordered December 11th. They told me Ford would allow me to stay in my current truck if it hasn't arrived yet so I'm good either way but damn do I wish my new truck was here. Whenever it gets here they said I can turn in my lease and take the keys for the new one. Sadly no VIN yet, though.
