Really 5/23 v 5/30 deliveries? I’m 4/20. Look for truck blended 3 weeks after yours to be delivered to your dealer, then repost your madness scale. Blend 5/16 delivered to dealer 6/2 - better was to one of their own saleamen.

Spoke to a nice ford person via chat and they said no chip hold... Sent off-site... Waiting for final approval... Have no idea what that means .. but there are at least 2 lightnings on long island...

Mine said that before it went to chip hold - check back in a few days.

Your situation is what this build week would like to avoid, difference being 4/20 trucks are being delivered, 5/23 trucks are all going into the same limbo land.

Latest is BCE modules popped on 16 June 2022
later that afternoon Tear Tag was displayed.
On Ford tracker site says In Production with
Build Date 15 June 2022.

What does all this mean ?

I haven't seen any Lightning's with PCM modules (Powertrain Control Module). I believe that PCM's are the exclusive domain of ICE vehicles.

I was thinking that PCM stood for Primary Control Module. That is why I was concerned.

The 5/16 guys are clearing Detroit. Several shipped and several report this morning updated Window Stickers. I've seen others report those changes after shipping. So here we are sitting alone in the corner of the lots with the weeks since stacking up behind us.

Maybe, just maybe today will be our day. Some retrofitted parts and movement would be nice.

Arrived at dealer this am! Dealer said it has the sticker on it that indicates it was randomly selected for the Ford Quality Control check. I think that’s a good thing.

Ah - OK thanks. I'm happy to get any update, but you were built way before those of us in this thread. That build date really lags. Your truck was likely assembled back on 4/20 and has been hanging around for that extra testing.

Checked in with ford chat. Says mine is fully produced, no chip hold, no update on shipping. Said they highly recommend checking in with dealership. Which I am awaiting a reply.

It’s weird how they slowly add stuff to the app over the course of weeks. Last weekend i got a picture in the account page, then a few days later i got the picture on the main page, then today i got the activate button. Seems like it should just add everything at once. I doubt there’s anything happening at the truck or back end.
