You need your 4 digit Dealership Order number. Call your Dealership to get your 4 digit order number.

NOT the 8 digit Reservation Order number you have listed.

Steve, the “Order Number” the tracker is asking for is a 4-digit number….You need to request that number from the dealer your ordering through……….

It is also on window stticker
I’m at bottom center
Near ramp number
Bunch of digits and letters
You want center 4

otherwise ask your dealer

I'm beginning to wonder if the Chip hold was some misinformation that got spread around.

I'm thinking there was a new software update that was in progress or something that Ford was applying to all newly built Lightning's and everything got held up for a couple of weeks while Ford gets it sorted out. Perhaps some modules that were delivered but improperly programmed and required an update.

I think it would be pretty easy to confuse a module software update with a chip issue.

Maybe they were waiting for some chips and then the chips came…sometimes it’s just that simple.

One of the TVs I have on right now had Lightning vs Avalanch and my first thought was "Why is VSIN comparing the Ford and GM EV trucks?" Then it hit me that the hockey game is on tonight

Another week past and no update and no news on 5/23 build week trucks being shipped. This is getting depressing.

I was doom and gloom for sure earlier in the week. I'm thinking though it has to be good news coming in the next 2 to 3 days. If we are getting even half decent updates from Ford, and the chip hold is gone and we've been retrofitted and we know quite a few of the 5/16 crowd is shipped even with a few deliveries, I'm trying to be positive and think this has to be our week.

She went on to say that she had no indications that it was waiting on anything such as computer chips.

I mentioned in another thread that I think I have MANY more lines of module information. I recall scrolling through 5 or 6 screens and now have a lot more. When I copy and paste in Excel, I see there are 1154. A response in the other thread mentioned 1076, but he has a different build. Might this be the information we need to see if we are actually past the chip hold?

Not that it means anything, but I have 1154 as well. It did seem like one day I had more than the day before, but I never got a 'before' count to verify. For what is worth...
