Does this only work if your truck is showing to be delivered by RAIL?

For those that say CONVOY, does that mean they are trucked over directly from the plant to the dealership?

Mine says convoy but showed up on this site so who knows.

Depending on the location/distance, mostly all go via rail at first and then convoy.

If the unitedroad.com tracker just reloads the page with no report, does that mean the truck is not yet scheduled to ship or is there another problem? I have so little faith in tracking sites due to Ford's tracker being so unreliable at even loading a status.

I found that sometimes the Captcha doesn’t pop up when using this tracker. It initially behaved that way for me until the Captcha popped up and I completed it…….

I tried it …. It shows my truck is scheduled to be delivered by the referenced trucking company ….and, my reply to the poster…..

We're three weeks behind the other thread it looks like.

My build was was 5/6, blend date was 6/11 and the in-production date is shown as 6/20. I have been able to view my window sticker for quite some time. Now when I go to the tracker it tells me that the window sticker has "not yet been released for this vehicle" and to check back later. Huh? Is anyone else having a similar problem?

I have the same issue - It could just be that portion of their website is down.

I'm sure my truck is in purgatory, chip hold, got this notice on my Ford Pass app. Have been trying to activate for the last week but always got the error message.

Yes…I found my VIN hyperlink from my vehicle’s page on Ford’s tracker web site (when it infrequently works) not to work for a couple days…it’s functioning like it did before my window sticker was originally was issued.

I’ve still been able to view my sticker by manually searching for via this link: https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=

Thank you so much Firestop. That works for me too . I was a bit worried. By the way, I called Ford again this morning to speak to a representative about the status of my truck. He said that it is now taking 4 to 6 weeks after the "In production" date to complete production. I am not sure what that means but it sure appears to me that there is a major slowdown. He said that if my truck was on a chip hold, it would be noted. He said there is no such note. I have no idea what is going on.

Yeah, the lack of timely and consistent information from Ford’s agents is not doing Ford any favors. My general impression is corporate is trying to consolidate this messaging, but such messages rarely come across as authentic…and, this breeds angst in our community.

As for timing, ????????? Clueless, and riding the same rollercoaster…….

United Road returns zero for me. I checked the captcha and put in my vin and nothing. Oh well. Ford marketing # said in production was secondary status and nothing showing for primary status. Kinda scary buying a giant piece of technology from a company that can't even send an appropriate email on time. My wife's grandmother sent me an email that was well written and appropriately timed. It even included a photo attachment. She is 92 years old. I guess that's younger than Ford Motor Company. They are like 119 or something. Walmart can tell me how many squeeze tubes of anchovy paste they have at each store and what brand to boot. And the isle and shelf it's located on. $4.98 and they track it like that. $80,000 for a truck and they can't tell you where it is and what they have done to it. What's the scariest is that I might be able to order and dare I say recieve my Fisker Ocean before I get my lightning. Not likely but stranger things have happened example @rlbussard . Well, I guess I'll go lie down. Nap time.

I hear yah, my VVR is showing offsite at the Body Department…for about a week…who knows given the slow updates. At least my dealers mannequin arrived overnight, ironically the exact same truck that I ordered. I can at least go over get a tactile sense for what I will eventually own……….

I would be careful with Fisker..lots of Red flags there, IMHO. I just canceled my very early reservation(Jan 2020). Fisker has been really short with details and has decided not to really show it off anywhere. I refuse to order a vehicle I can't even see in person.

I would only order the Fisker if I can refuse when I see it in person. I'm a Jan 2020 reservation also. Puts me at like 3000 or so. They are supposed to allow first 5k to order launch edition. Starting in July. It's going to be built in Austria using Magna I believe using catl for batteries. I guess tesla uses catl and Magna is a builder for hire. I'm just going to feel it out. I have been skeptical the whole time but who knows. Many were skeptical of Rivian also. I won't order if I can't walk away if it's not what I hope it is when it's time for delivery.
