Don’t believe it! My experience was my VVR did not update from the time of arrival at Blue Island until delivery at my destination rail…a 14 day gap….a Ford tele CS agent admitted to me that…..Still sitting in Blue Island if the VVR is to be believed.
Your only hope is extreme patience (I had none), the automated phone trackers, your FordPass app ( if activated), or someone in the transportation industry with rail tracker access and willing to share.
