i didn’t want to keep waiting for sunrun email for charger. What if it didn’t come like the Ford shipped/in transit emails. So found the link someone posted on here. Completed Address confirmation on a monday morning. Fedex (from my Fedex account registration) Shipped notice Wednesday @5pm. currently in Indianapolis. Hope delivers Monday. But dang the error message Thread is lengthy.

Did you guys get points equivalent to the MSRP? I had 39,974 points (Pro MSRP) added to my account after I ordered back in February but obviously my Lariat ER was more than double that.

No, because you don’t get a point per dollar. It’s right. I guess they feel the 250 kWh makes up for it lol

I don't have the slightest clue why they gave me 39,974 points. It seemed reasonable that it was because that was the starting MSRP of the Lightning but it seems that isn't how this usually works. Maybe I'll get an additional 22,000?

The only thing I can think of is that I got a major service (timing chain) done on my Flex at a Ford dealership last year. It could be from that service bill (which was a little over $4k). It would be an insane coincidence that the point value was exactly identical to the Pro MSRP.

ETA: The points in my account *were* from the timing chain service I had done on my Flex last year. I was able to see it in the account activity section. That tells you how much profit they make on service when you get twice as many points for a $4k service that you do for an $80k vehicle.

Picked up my truck on 7/23 (Sat.), notification of credit of points on 7/27….same day my Ford account web page showed the truck was ”sold”. My dealer said the were going to get my purchase updated to Ford ASAP so there was no delay in me getting my credits…they did not disappoint!
