✅ 5/23 Lightning Build Week Group

Ford Pass activated today at 12:19 PM (CDT) and I'm just outside the Ford Flat Rock assembly plant. I was searching for post from others that showed a map, but gave up. Went to screen shot my map and it says vehicle location is disabled and to update the in-vehicle settings to enable connectivity.

How it he race for last place coming? Im hoping for next week. My train offloaded about a week ago 100 miles north of San Diego. 3 out of 3 other guys have received their trucks from that train down to San Diego. Mine still sitting and my dealers says- luck of the draw. What about others?

As of 8/18, mine is still in Blue Island, IL. Eta for delivery is & 8/26-9/1. However, knowing how long it took others to get to the west coast (Portland) and then down to my city (Albany), I think my delivery date is going to change again to the 2nd week of September.

Hang in there it will come. I finally got mine on the 18th. I'm now trying to get updates done to the software. I'm missing options in sync and ford power up. There is no option to turn on auto updates.

Looks like if our trucks were the first ones that had the chip shortage they may have forgot to update the chips after they got them. I'm missing options and having connection problems.

Unfortunately no. gps says till in Mira Loma CA, 100 miles north. I think we should have started a venmo pool. 5/23 build week. We all kick in $5 to Taxman who takes 10% off the top- to keep the tacker updated. The last poor schmuck that gets his/her truck from that week gets the boobly prize of the 90%! Im kind of think McQueen is the front runner but Ive got some weird bad JuJu that is helping me perhaps pull through to the end!

Haha Ok maybe you do. ALTHOUGH, I originally had a build week of 5/16. For some unknown reason my perfectly normal truck with nothing outrageous options go to shifted to 5/23. Now here i am vying for last place even though I should have had every advantage. Or at last SOME advantage. It will be good to ge this done. steve

I find it funny that the 7/11 build week and @Yellow Buddy think they have an unprecedented delay not seen by other weeks after a month of waiting on their part. I try not to complain TOO much since I know there are April build weeks that still have not received their vehicles.

I find it funny that the 7/11 build week and @Yellow Buddy think they have an unprecedented delay not seen by other weeks after a month of waiting on their part. I try not to complain TOO much since I know there are April build weeks that still have not received their vehicles.

We don’t think it’s unprecedented. We’re just drama queens who like to complain. Come visit and join us. In 7/11, the far superior build week.

FWIW, I was originally 5/30 scheduled. Wave 1. Idk which is worse being pushed out week by week or having your car sit waiting for parts.

Everyone remember when we were comparing number of lines in the "As Built" configuration on the Ford page to know when our mods popped? Most of us were in the 1154 range, I even added that count to my signature. I'm about to embark on some Forscan changes and thought I would grab one more copy of my As Built before I touched anything. I did and it now has 1972 lines of data in it. A ton more than when it was built and delivered.

I still haven't received my truck. Offloaded from the train but still waiting truck transport to the dealer. I have gps working. Im still in the running for last place.
