Guys, I'm in the 8/29 built build week. I had a scheduled 9/1 blend date. My blend got pushed back to after Labor Day because of, what I believe to be, part shortages. Don't be surprised if you have a delay showing built.

Are they rolling them out without parts and parking them to keep the assembly line going or just slowing down overall production to match the inflow of these parts that are limited? I hope we don't all have to wait and wonder while our trucks sit in a lot awaiting delivery of parts.

Slowing down production. That's why my blend was pushed back.

Most of that happened on the 17th in the previous build week, but it looks like that we picked up a little more delay during this week. Did they change your batch size as well? How many days did your blend date move?

Now that @sparta hat the tear tag @mklcolvin got their mods we have new data. Let's assume the line moves as expected and predict some more mods and tear tags to make the time go by faster.

@FordEVTruck - let us know if your mods show.

This is looking good - the pace seems to be steady now, which helps in prediction. BTW, got my Tear Tag already, so ahead of schedule:

Good to know. That is very consistent with the delay we are seeing this week already. So my guess is Ford updated to blend dates to provide a more realistic blend date, since they we not able to make up for whatever happened on the 17th.
