My brother works in Ann Arbor so he was really trying to get me to visit but he didn't understand the dealer needs to be invovled. I tried Ford chat for the first time yesterday and it said the truck was still in Michigan. I said how is this possible if it was apparently shipped 15 days ago. Then it just said contact your dealer.Oh lawd what is happening?!?! Hopefully we we got to order version 2 in a few years we can elect to pick up at the factory lol
I don't remember the exact timing of things. But I think the original window was provided prior to it being marked as shipped.Was it marked as built or shipped though? Mine is still “in production” with the ETa provided by chat
There has to be more than that lol. I will say I absolutely love the color. I was leery about a purple tint to it, but I just am not seeing any!m

Did your FordPass always show the Onboard Scales and Smart Hitch, or did you have to activate them from inside the truck? My app doesn't have them.Mine is present and working, I used it last week to measure the tongue load my trailer was creating.
Still shows this evening.

Yay! Been feeling left out as many of you with the same blend date as me (7/27) were getting built notices. I've been checking the order page twice a day and this afternoon, viola! Built status with a delivery estimate of 9/4-9/10.

Among those items my truck is only showing "Wi-Fi Hotspot" and "Software Updates". Does anyone have any idea why this is and how I can fix it? I know I have on board scales and zone lighting etc.Did your FordPass always show the Onboard Scales and Smart Hitch, or did you have to activate them from inside the truck? My app doesn't have them.

I have had my truck for over a week now. I had problems activating it. It finally activated but it seems like there are a lot of missing features.Mine was like that too until the truck actually arrived and we activated the rest via the F-150 control panel.
I think mine was like that too until I connected it to WiFi and performed the most recent software update (3.2.0 I think - can't seem to find out where to look to see what version I have). I had a notification on the FordPass app when I picked the truck up. Connected it to WiFi when I got home. Truck screen was showing no updates available even though the app said there was. Some of the update settings like auto update were not even showing on the screen either. I guess it performed the update that night but it took my app a few days for the notification to go away, then I got some messages saying connected navigation and BlueCruise were ready.Among those items my truck is only showing "Wi-Fi Hotspot" and "Software Updates".
