Prior to built status, in early August, the chat-bot claimed mid-August delivery, which I knew was impossible.

Actually, I just noticed my Ford dot com account now shows 9/15 - 9/21 estimated delivery. Used to be 9/9 - 9/15

Anybody having issues with smart scales not showing up on the FordPass app? On the vehicle I can see and use the scales and smart hitch but they haven't shown up on the app.

Mine says not operational. Another note says bluetooth not connected. Next time I go to the truck I am going to check the bluetooth status

Yes, it is not available on my FordPass app. I was not sure if that is normal.

My dealer said because of the holiday and the fact I need new plates and RMV sucks I probably won’t be able to pick up my truck until next Thursday at the earliest. It arrived at the dealership Monday 8/29 and I can’t have it until 9/8?! WTF

Was it marked as built or shipped though? Mine is still “in production” with the ETa provided by chat

Mine is present and working, I used it last week to measure the tongue load my trailer was creating.
Still shows this evening.
