Just had the Ford chat pull a VVR for me. Good news - production is complete (as expected from having a tear tag). Bad news - I am caught in a chip hold.

What's a VVR?
Since we both have the same configuration (less color and bedliner) I'm assuming mine will be on chip hold as well... wonder which chip is missing.

What's the significance of the tear tag, since you mentioned that it's the indicator of completed production.

VVR (Vehicle Visibility Report) is a report that either your dealer or the Ford chat folks (Ford.com contact us page) can pull to get detailed information about where your truck is. Once you are built, this is the best way to find out where your truck is.

The tear tag is the final step when you are done and off the production line. It shows up at the top of the as built configuration page where you check your modules (www.motorcraftservice.com/asbuilt). Once you have one, you are off the line.

No idea which chip it is, but thankfully earlier build weeks don't seem to get stuck in chip hold for too long. We will have to see how it impacts us.

Customer Service on the phone said mine is built, off site on chip hold.

I can't say any more, but does anyone know what the acronym OSM means? As related to a chip hold?

Here's what I got from the chat asking for a VVR

"Ford: The vehicle has been produced and released to the Body Company at Rouge Electric Vehicle Center (revc), MI as of yesterday."

Me: So this vehicle is currently not on a "chip hold" ?

"Ford: That is correct. At this time there are no holds or delays listed on the vehicle."

I'm still "In Production" on Ford's tracker, so I don't have a Built date yet, but I just reconfirmed with them via that I don't have any holds and my delivery ETA window is still 9/18-24!
